What is Online Coaching & Mentoring?
Online Coaching is a new way of helping people to achieve their goals that has developed massively from 2020 to 2022 thanks to a lot of people needing to go online and use meeting software such as Zoom to communicate.
Who is it for?
This online coaching is for anyone who wants to Increase their energy, positively change their life, reduce stress, sleep better, increase vitality and immunity and generally live their best life. At East West Energy and Wellbeing we care about every single person we have the privilege to help navigate the journey of life.
What’s the difference between a standard online course and online coaching?
Online courses provide information only whereas online coaching is about providing feedback and advice from someone who has been there giving context and ensuring success.
How is East West Online Coaching Unique ?
At the age of 18 whilst swimming training full time in the hope of becoming an Olympic swimmer, i asked myself the following:
- What is the secret for getting the most out of life ?
- How can i keep high energy levels going all through the day
- How can I achieve a balance in life ?
All this was before I met my Shaolin Monk teacher and learned about life force energy, before I ran my first business, or met my wife, bought a house, got married, had kids etc. etc.
Fast forward to 24 years now and i have come to realise that Feeling energy in my hands with my Monk teacher for me was only the beginning of learning how powerful this energy was for everything :- health, daily energy levels, stress management, vitality, sleep, immunity, even conceiving children.
Therefore we need to know how to make the most of the energy around us and within us and this course teaches you how to do that through learning:
“Energy is all around us all the universe is Energy in different vibrations, our Energy is everything in life its us authentically all we are and will be is dictated by it”
This coaching programme has been developed after 20 years of experience of swimming teaching and co-founding and being the CEO/principal instructor of a family swim school business for over 20 years (from 1999 to 2022) has made me an expert teacher, and communicator. Personal training and coaching 2003-2020 has given me the coaching skills to add to this repertoire and having many mentors over the years from martial arts teachers to managers and clients both unpaid and paid has rounded off this skill.
This goes without even mentioning the experiences of being a Husband, and Father of 2 young balls of energy both Five years or under. All this has given me a unique perspective on the so-called work/life balance, stress and life overload.
